HOL Guard

HOL Guard is a local-first control point for AI coding agents such as Claude Code, Codex and Cursor. It reviews shell commands, secret access, MCP server calls and package installs before they reach the operating system, so a risky action can be stopped instead of discovered afterwards. Local Guard is free and open source (Apache-2.0) and runs on your own machine; Guard Cloud is an optional paid add-on for teams. Install: pipx install hol-guard && hol-guard init.
